Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Siftori (the "Service"), a Shopify app provided by Kamko BV ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Siftori, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Siftori is a Shopify app that automatically sorts products within your collections based on rules you configure (ranking strategies, pins, sold-out handling, and scheduled re-sorting). To provide this functionality, Siftori reads product and collection data from your Shopify store and writes updated product order back to it.

2. Eligibility and account

You must have an active Shopify store and accept Shopify's terms in order to use Siftori. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your installation of the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it in a way that violates Shopify's API terms or any applicable law.

4. Fees

Pricing for Siftori, if any, will be displayed in the Shopify App Store and billed through Shopify's billing system. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; any changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your store's data. We process it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Siftori running reliably, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Siftori at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation is no longer feasible. On uninstall, we will delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
